Scott Stern, along with Tim Stern and Barry Sandweiss, founded Lenders One in 2000. As the CEO of Lenders One, Stern brings together the most talented and forward-looking individuals as leaders in Lenders One's corporate offices, as members of the cooperative, and as contributing partners to the Lenders One alliance. He works to enhance members' competitive advantage and strives to help Lenders One Members achieve their goals, both professional and personal.  Stern is passionate about ensuring fair representation of community lenders at the state and national level and has testified before Congress.  He also helped create the Community Mortgage Lenders of America, the leading legislative advocacy group for community and independent lenders.  Stern is a frequent guest speaker at industry events and is often sought by the media for perspective and commentary on the home mortgage industry.

Tim Stern
President
Tim Stern, President and Co-Founder of Lenders One, had ten years of experience in the real estate industry before joining Lenders One. That experience gave Stern a firsthand appreciation of the value of an organization that coordinates and optimizes the strengths of independent mortgage bankers. Stern's responsibilities include identifying highly qualified Member candidates, managing the team of Regional Managers, facilitating networking and learning opportunities as well as seeking new Member Benefit channels, including the development the Community Mortgage Lenders of America to give Lenders One Members, and other independent mortgage bankers, a voice at the national legislative table.

Barry Sandweiss
Chief Operating Officer
Following 12 years of experience in real estate and finance, Barry Sandweiss became the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Lenders One in 2000. Sandweiss' focuses on developing and maintaining relationships between Lenders One and its Member affiliates, investor partners, and fulfillment partners. Sandweiss also is a co-founder of the Community Mortgage Lenders of America, the leading legislative advocacy group for community and independent lenders.
