2025 BPMC Annual Meeting Election Results
March 19, 2025 – The Best Partners Mortgage Cooperative, Inc. (BPMC) Board of Directors election for two First Class Directors was held during the Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at the Lenders One Summit in Cancun, Mexico. The Cooperative is pleased to announce the following results:
- Jonathan E.P. Gwin has been re-elected as a First Class Director.
- Taylor Stork, CMB, has been newly elected as a First Class Director.
Their respective terms will commence immediately, and they will assume their responsibilities in accordance with the BPMC’s bylaws and applicable governance framework.
We extend our sincere congratulations to Jon and Taylor, and welcome them to their three year term of service until the 2028 Annual Meeting of Members, or earlier, pursuant to the bylaws.

Jonathan E. P. Gwin (Re-elected)
Jon Gwin serves as the Chief Revenue Officer of Fathom Holdings, Inc./ Encompass Lending Group. With over 20 years of leadership experience in the securities, insurance, mortgage, and real estate industries, he has held executive roles at American Financial Network, Wachovia Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, and Accredited Home Lenders.
An experienced real estate broker and compliance expert, Jon has developed industry-leading technology and training programs. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego and a juris doctorate from Concord Law School of Purdue Global. He is also recognized as one of the forty most influential mortgage professionals under forty by National Mortgage Professional Magazine and serves on the Lenders One Advisory Council.
Taylor Stork, CMB (Newly Elected)
Taylor Stork is Chief Operating Officer of Developer’s Mortgage Company. A seasoned business executive and Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB), Taylor has over 20 years of experience in the industry and is passionate about enabling home ownership. Taylor is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and Community Home Lenders Association (CHLA) and serves as an Advisory Council member for Lenders One.
Prior to his role with Developer’s Mortgage Company, Taylor acted in senior leadership roles at major national and regional mortgage lenders organizations including MCS Mortgage Bankers, Inc., Continental Bank, Bank of America and American Home Mortgage. He holds a BS in Finance from San Diego State University.
