Daniella Casseres serves on Mitchell Sandler’s management committee and leads the firm’s mortgage regulatory practice group. She advises mortgage lenders, financial institutions, and consumer finance companies on regulatory compliance and enforcement matters, bringing the insight of a former banking regulator at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago to her work. As the head of Mitchell Sandler’s mortgage practice group, she regularly counsels clients on state and federal laws relating to fair lending, advertising, licensing, and privacy. She has particular experience helping mortgage lenders and others comply with the requirements of the Truth in Lending Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Fair Housing Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Bank Secrecy Act, and state regulatory requirements.


Garth Graham provides strategy advice for some of the largest Independent and Bank-owned mortgage lenders. Garth has more than 35 years of experience in mortgage banking, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to successful startups, including management of two of the most successful e-commerce platforms. Garth has advised more than 200 mortgage companies, including many of the top lenders in the country, on acquisition strategies, and strategic investments that streamline operations, improve profitability, and accelerate growth.


Joel Kan serves as Associate Vice President of Economic and Industry Forecasting for the Mortgage Bankers Association. In this role, he is responsible for the production of MBA’s macroeconomic and housing market forecasts, along with other related analytics. He also oversees the production of MBA’s industry surveys, including the Weekly Mortgage Applications Survey, Builder Applications Survey, and Mortgage Credit Availability Index, three of the association’s high profile surveys. Mr. Kan is a regular speaker and presenter of MBA’s market outlook at both MBA and external events, and writes commentary regarding economic statistics and industry data. He has also been quoted in industry and national media outlets. Prior to joining the MBA, he worked in Ernst & Young’s Quantitative Economics and Statistics (QUEST) group. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Statistics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.


Ari Karen, Partner at Mitchell Sandler, leads the firm’s litigation, labor and employment practice group. Ari represents businesses and financial institutions in litigation matters, government investigations, and advises clients on regulatory compliance matters. He is widely praised for his business-friendly style of representation that combines aggressive advocacy with a sensitivity to practical business considerations. Ari’s approach looks at the impacts of legal strategy in real life scenarios, allowing his clients to remain both compliant and competitive. His practice is diverse, covering subject matters including banking regulations, consumer protection regulations, Dodd-Frank financial reform laws, contractual disputes, employment and labor statutes, wage-hour class actions, employment discrimination and fair lending matters, whistleblower complaints, and non-competition claims.


Tricia Migliazzo is Senior Vice President of Lenders One Sales. Tricia has over two decades of mortgage banking experience, she leads the company’s membership sales and marketing for Lenders One and its origination solutions. Prior to joining Lenders One in 2021, Tricia served as Vice President of Membership at the Mortgage Bankers Association for 8 years. She developed a member engagement strategy and formed and lead a Strategic Member Relations team that developed, strengthened, and managed relationships with senior executives at the Association’s member companies to maximize the value of their MBA membership. She grew the association with an impressive addition of nearly 750 member companies in her tenure.
Prior to joining MBA, Tricia served for seven years as Director of Business Development for Lenders One/Altisource Portfolio Solutions. During her leadership, she grew the cooperative by recruiting 50% of its total membership and adding investor partners while influencing program and product utilization for increased revenue growth. Prior to joining Lenders One in 2006, Tricia was Director of Operations/Business Development at a mid-size national retail independent mortgage bank, and she also held positions in finance and administration in the health care industry. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a focus in Management from the University of Missouri.


Bill is Longbridge’s Chief Operating Officer. During his nearly 4 decade career, Bill has worked at institutions ranging from large Fortune 50 companies to small and mid-sized players. Bill has served on several advisory boards, including Snapdocs, Flatworld Mortgage Solutions, EllieMae Technology, and the Rutgers University Customer Experience program, and currently serves on the Small- and Mid-Sized Customer Advisory Council for Salesforce. When not working, you can find him volunteering at the New York Aquarium.

Rick Seehausen is President of Lenders One. In this role, Rick leads the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of Altisource’s Origination segment, including the delivery of Altisource’s direct origination solutions through the Lenders One brand, alongside a growing ecosystem of integrated solutions. This model is designed to provide Lenders One members with a single, trusted access point to technology, services, and strategic providers that help improve members’ competitiveness. He also works closely with Altisource’s executive leadership to support the Company’s strategic direction and long-term growth.
His focus includes strengthening Lenders One’s value proposition for its members, growing Lenders One membership, increasing adoption of solutions, and launching new solutions that address the evolving needs of mortgage lenders.
Rick brings more than three decades of experience in mortgage banking, capital markets, and corporate leadership. Throughout his career, he has held senior executive roles across the mortgage industry, where he has been recognized for building high-performing teams, driving operational discipline, and fostering strong, collaborative relationships with lenders and industry partners. Most recently, he served as President, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice Chairman of Cherry Creek Mortgage. Prior to that, he served as co-founder, President, Chief Executive Officer, and Vice Chairman of LenderLive.
